Using the game
Avsitory is a single-player factory-building game for iPhone and iPad. Use it lawfully and in accordance with the applicable Apple terms. We and our licensors retain the rights to the game, its artwork and code. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by mandatory law.
App license
Unless a custom license is supplied through Apple, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app. These website terms supplement, rather than replace, that agreement and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Local saves and updates
Saves are stored on your device. The game does not provide in-game cloud synchronization. Deleting the app or changing devices can affect access to your progress; device backups depend on your own backup settings. We work to preserve saves, but technical faults and updates can cause problems. Contact support before deleting a damaged save where possible.
TestFlight versions
If you use a TestFlight build, it is a pre-release version. Features, balance and save compatibility may change, and bugs or interruptions may occur. A beta may expire or be withdrawn. This section does not describe an App Store release as a beta.
Price and future features
The current game has no in-app purchases or advertising. Any app download price is shown by Apple before purchase. If we introduce paid features later, the price and applicable conditions will be shown before you choose to buy them. These terms do not authorize undisclosed charges or subscriptions.
Support, feedback and privacy
You can send questions and voluntary feedback to support@avsidev.com. Please avoid confidential information, passwords and payment details. We may use suggestions to improve the game without promising to implement them. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We aim to provide a functioning game but cannot promise that software will always operate without faults or interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory rights, including rights relating to defective digital content and any remedies available under applicable law.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms as the game develops, with additional notice where required. Spanish law applies without removing mandatory protections available under the law of your place of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable consumer law.
