Reporting a problem
Please include:
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS/iPadOS version.
- The Avsitory version and build number; say whether you installed it through TestFlight or the App Store.
- What you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead.
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if you know them.
- An optional screenshot or short recording showing the problem.
Do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information. Remove private information from screenshots before sending them.
Saves and progress
Avsitory stores saves locally on your device and does not provide in-game cloud synchronization. Deleting the app can remove your progress. If a save appears damaged, please contact us before deleting the app or overwriting that save. The game does not continue production while closed.
Languages
English, Russian, Spanish, French and German are available from the game's language settings.
Analytics and privacy
Usage analytics and crash reporting are optional and require separate consent. Both are off by default and can be changed in Settings. Read the Privacy Policy for details, including how to ask about access to or deletion of your data. Send privacy requests to the same support address.
